Borescope Imaging System
The Nordson DAGE borescope imaging system enables easier load tool to bond alignment and assists operators with failure mode identification and grading.

The high definition camera, based on medical endoscope technology, reduces the working distance to 12mm compared to 140mm, which is typical with a microscope. This is of critical importance when testing ultra fine pitch or small geometry bonds, improving test consistency. The system replaces the microscope for ball shear applications.
