Turbomolecular Pump System

This turbomolecular pump system is a turn-key vacuum unit for generating a vacuum in the high and ultra high vacuum range which is free of hydrocarbons. The system is a compact, rugged unit which is easy to operate and highly reliable. It is capable of high effective pumping speed and low ultimate pressure. Components are controlled via a rotary switch. It is designed to be service friendly.
